Projects

A large part of regional development in the Jakobstad region is carried out in the form of projects, both independently and in cooperation with others. Over the years, we have collaborated with a wide range of important partners from business, education, and development organizations, as well as other innovators. We always keep our finger on the pulse, with current projects that address global challenges and regional opportunities. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in collaborating with us!

Our project activities are largely funded by external financiers, such as EU programmes, national ministries and authorities, and various foundations. More information about each financier can be found on the individual project pages.
