Sustainable Ostrobothnia

The green transition is in full swing, and we want to help SME companies in Ostrobothnia to adapt and be prepared for the demands they are faced with, while at the same time strenghten their competitive edge.

Sustainability stories

Project aim

Via the ongoing project “Sustainable Ostrobothnia as a Forerunner”, which is co-funded by the EU, we aim to create conditions for a competitive, attractive, and sustainable Ostrobothnia with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Thes companies will soon begin to feel the impact of new requirements imposed on their operations. The goal is to primarily assist small and medium-sized enterprises, including those currently operating as subcontractors to larger companies that have progressed further in their transition efforts.

From our experiences, we have observed that SMEs often lack the time and resources to keep track of everything happening in this area and therefore struggle to prepare themselves for the requirements ahead. The needs of SMEs are addressed by equipping and preparing our businesses for the demands necessary to maintain their competitiveness – ideally, leading the way.
