It is now time to gather forces for OptiCareer Day 2025, which will be organized on Wednesday 22.1.2025, 14.15-16.30 at Optima (Trädgårdsgatan 30, 68600 Jakobstad). OptiCareer Day will bring together more than 35 companies and organizations to meet nearly 1,500 of the region’s young pupils and students.
The main target groups are all eight graders in comprehensive schools, first-year students in both upper secondary schools and vocational education and training, and third-level students. After 2 pm, the business fair is open to the public and anyone else who wants to take the opportunity to meet the business community and employers of the Jakobstad Region.
OptiCareer Day is a way to give the region’s young people more knowledge and understanding of the diverse business community we have, which offers many interesting professions and career opportunities. The event is more than a fair and is enhanced by various targeted lectures and presentations of vocational education and training programs.
