Have you tried ChatGPT or other AI tools but are still wondering how they can actually help your business?
During this workshop, we will work with practical tasks from everyday business life, including customer communication, quotations, writing, planning, marketing and other tasks where AI can save time and simplify your work.
We will also discuss something equally important: what happens to the information you enter into free AI tools? What information can be shared, what should be kept out, and what responsibilities do you have when customer and company data are processed using AI?
You will gain hands-on experience with the free versions of ChatGPT and Google Gemini and learn how to use these tools more thoughtfully, safely and effectively in your own business.
The aim is for you to leave the workshop with practical approaches that you can start using immediately.
The workshop is organised in cooperation with AveoAI and experts Anna Häggblom and Charlotta Wiklund.
The workshop is bilingual and will be held in Swedish and Finnish.
The workshop will take place at Optima in Jakobstad and is free of charge for participants. Participants are responsible for their own lunch.
The workshop is organised as the final activity of the AI Boost project in the Jakobstad region. The project is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), Svenska kulturfonden, Novia University of Applied Sciences and Concordia, the development company of the Jakobstad region.
